Unenchanters
Prismacraft has its own unenchanting feature to where you can take specific enchants off items/books by just dragging a unenchanter it over the item and then clicking, this will open a menu (pictured below) where you can click on the enchant you want to take off and it will put the enchant in your inventory so you can then either sell it or put it on another item.
